Chances are all the reports and formats you want or need, are already pre-programmed in agMIS, for printer and screen. For those with special needs, however, every report and category of data can also be exported to spreadsheet or word processor.
Fill in the blanks of an on-screen form or forms that look like the one shown here, every time you write a check or make a deposit. Fill in as many or as few blanks as you wish, but the more you enter, the more ways you can ask the agMIS system to 'play it back' in reports.
You can enter via the keyboard, or pick from pop-down lists, or both; pick lists are user-defined and controlled. Added tools for multiples and splits, and recurring transactions, too. You can 'pre-post' and/or 'post-post' payments and deposits, as you prefer. Print checks, prepare invoices, too, if you wish.
Contrast the richness of these data, to the typical 'account number and amount' focus of accounting programs. And more than that: any entry can be modified and/or updated (even 'killed') any time later.
