With one exception, the agMIS system is able to serve all compliance-accounting requirements on most farms and farm families. That's in addition to the many ways its built to serve and support any farms' internal management decision processes, too.
The sole exception is the farm or family that chooses to, or is required to, maintain an accounting 'general ledger'. Those users, however, are not forgotten. Part of a key agMIS output addressing that need is displayed below.
An accountant who knows the farm and its records, can use that information to quickly and easily create closing entries to update any standard accounting general ledger. But if he or she has questions, every amount on this report -- as on every agMIS output -- can be traced and supported with a list of its transaction details.
