Managing cash in agMIS
Transaction inputs and events
Cash and checkbook transactions all use the format shown below. Variations of the same form handle other things, including budgets and plans, payables and receivables, non-cash income and expenses, plus for MA purposes, allocation of prepaids and other non-cash items, plus 'notes' about non-dollar events.
All user-defined and user-controlled; the more entered, the more useful will be its management reports. Thanks to hot keys, pop-downs, split transaction tools and other key-stroke savers, posting can proceed at users' typing speed.
Outputs
We believe the system is able to play back - in management-useful ways - every imaginable form and format of this data. In case we've overlooked anything, further options include full exportability of every agMIS report.
